What types of businesses do you support?

If you work in a home services-based business, we want to work with you! We’re currently focusing our efforts on pest control, HVAC, and plumbing, but if you fall outside these categories and are interested in using GlassHouse, please reach out via team@glasshouse.biz or (615) 246-6227.

Can any other companies see my client list after I connect my CRM?

No. To look up a customer, GlassHouse users must have the customer’s phone number or email address. There is no way to look up customers by company. 

What if I can't find my customers in GlassHouse?

We provide customer ratings based on both internal and external data sources, which means there’s a good chance we’ve got intel on your customers. However, we are also still building our review database. In the event there is no data available, you will be the first data point for that customer.

What if I need help with the system?

Help is included, but usually not needed. GlassHouse was built to be simple and easy to use. However, if you run across an issue you need help with, please don’t hesitate to contact us at team@glasshouse.biz or (615) 246-6227. Support is available 7am-7pm CT Monday-Friday. You can also request support through the mobile app.

Will my customers see their ratings?

Data entered into GlassHouse is not publicly available and only accessible to GlassHouse users. To see their rating, your customer would have to also be a GlassHouse user who then looks themselves up. On the off chance that this would happen, the customer would see the reviews/comments about them, but not who wrote them.

What if you don't integrate with my CRM or other system of record?

We'll work with you to get this set up or find another way to get your client list uploaded. This can also be done through your accounting system, or we can upload an Excel sheet. We have plenty of options.
